We are happy to help.
Manor OS turns your iPhone into a home energy auditor. Scan rooms with LiDAR, photograph equipment labels so the app can read model numbers and efficiency ratings, add your utility bills, and get an A to F efficiency grade, a room-by-room breakdown, prioritized upgrade recommendations, and a shareable PDF report. Your data stays on your device.
Room scanning needs an iPhone with a LiDAR scanner: iPhone 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max, and later Pro models. The App requires iOS 17 or later. On an iPhone without LiDAR you can still add equipment, appliances, and bills, but you cannot scan room dimensions with the camera.
No account is needed. Auditing, scanning, and reports work on your device. An internet connection is only used by Apple’s services for address suggestions and maps.
To delete a home, swipe it on the home list and confirm. You can also delete individual rooms, equipment, and appliances inside a home. To remove everything, delete the Manor OS app from your iPhone. Because your data is stored only on your device, there is nothing for us to delete on a server.
